Yesterday Exy and I played games for a while until she was confident and calm. We used the mounting block as a resting point as well as circling around it and sniffing it. She did excellent sideways without a fence both ways as well as basic games.
Preparing to ride: I put her next to the mounting block and did friendly with rope and lots of scratches. Then turned belly to eye, (she looked away) so i backed off.
Played more games. Back to mounting block. Put belly towards eye, lots of scratches (her lip poked out) and then I put my belly on her back. I was getting all excited and nervous so I quit for the day.
Played with Exy and a tarp and she became QUITE animated, jumping in the air then giving a little exhuberent buck, then Jumping on the tarp! I had to back off as she was so wild with that tarp! I let her have it and she sniffed it and pawed it. then I dragged it away and she pounced Again! it was hilarious!
I loved playing with my girl.
Then she followed me at liberty all over. Great day!
